Purpose

In line with applicable Indian regulations for digital news publishers, ASTNT operates a grievance redressal mechanism covering the publications in its media network.

How to raise a grievance

Send your grievance in writing to the group contact address, including: the publication and story URL concerned, the nature of the grievance, and your contact details. Grievances are acknowledged and addressed within the timelines prescribed by applicable rules.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, the applicable self-regulatory and statutory escalation mechanisms under Indian law remain available to you.
